30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Products

As many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Used, worn, or damaged items caused by the customer.
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Leather Estrian is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the item.
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

We will review your claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days for eligible products.

Items must meet our return eligibility requirements before an exchange can be processed.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment.

If your order has already entered production, especially for custom-made products, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
